Tom Loftis –
President and CFO
Tom is the owner of Sun State Electric and
serves as the Company’s President and CFO. Tom has
overall administrative, financial and risk
management responsibility across the company. Prior
to Sun State Electric, Tom worked in both management
and field assignments in the electric and consulting
industries for over 20 years. He earned an
Electrical Engineering degree in 1977 and MBA in
1979 from
Mississippi
State
University
. Tom is a LEED Accredited
Professional and holds the low voltage license for
the Company. Tom also holds the Georgia General
Contractor Qualifying Agent License for Sun State
Electric Company, Inc.
Ralph Taylor
- Executive Vice President and Chief Technology
Officer
Ralph joined Sun State Electric in 1991. He is a
Master Electrician with over 35 years of experience.
His principal responsibilities include senior
project management, overall Company electrical
technology oversight and leader of our Design-Build
services. Ralph’s vast experience and knowledge
covering electrical requirements of commercial,
institutional, industrial and health care projects
makes Ralph especially effective collaborating with
customers on complex Design-Assist and Design-Build
projects.
Roy Ferguson –
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer -
Construction
Roy
joined Sun State Electric in 1996 and has over
16 years experience in commercial electrical
construction. In his role as COO – Construction,
Roy
is responsible for the overall operations and
productivity of our Construction Division.
Roy
is responsible for the training and development
of our construction foreman and serves as a Senior
Project Manager on larger projects.
James H.
"Skip" Moody - Vice President and Chief Operation
Officer - Service
For over 20 years, Skip has managed an
electrical service division with over 30 years
combined experience in the electrical industry as a
Master Electrician. Skip’s primary responsibility
includes management and development of new and
existing service clients with an overall goal to
provide 100% customer satisfaction. Skip is directly
responsible as a Senior Project Manager on our work
with large school systems.
David
Henninger – Vice President and Chief
Pre-Construction Officer
For over 25 years, David has worked in
Electrical Construction in roles ranging from
Electrician to Foreman to Estimator. In his current
role, David’s primary focus is budgeting and
estimating small to large jobs including interior
finish, light commercial and base building
electrical construction.
Michael
Napolitano – General Manager – Special Projects
For over 30 years,
Mike
has worked in the electrical field from new
construction to complex special projects. He is a
state of
Georgia
licensed Master Electrician. As the GM of our
Special Projects Division, Michael works directly
for Commercial Property Managers and owners of
manufacturing production, distribution and warehouse
facilities to plan and coordinate the electrical
aspects of projects ranging from facility
maintenance, upgrades and expansions to relocations
with minimum, if any, loss-production.
Mike
also
works
closely with customers whose interest are turning
more towards “Green”- options to reducing power
consumption through retrofitting and controlling of
existing lighting fixtures and loads.
Nate
Hardison
– Project Manager
For over 10 years,
Nate
has worked in electrical construction in roles
ranging from Electrician to Foreman to Project
Manager.
Nate
is a Master Electrician licensed in
Georgia
. In his current role,
Nate
is a Project Manager for small to large interior
finish jobs and light commercial base-building
construction.
Brian Wilson
– Project Manager
For over 10 years, Brian has worked in
electrical construction in roles ranging from
Electrician to Foreman to Project Manager. Brian is
a Master Electrician licensed in
Georgia
. In his current role,
Brian is a Project Manager for small to medium size
interior finish jobs and light commercial
base-building construction projects as well as
participates on the project management team on large
commercial and retail development projects.
